Playing
Playing is free. Be nice: no cheating, no abuse of reports, no attempts to break the site or someone else's account. We can block accounts that do.
Your account
One person per account. Pick a username that hurts nobody and impersonates nobody. Keep your password to yourself.
Sending in games
Only send in games you hold all rights to. You keep ownership. You give Nixcape a free, non-exclusive right to show and promote your game on NixcapeGames until you remove it. We can decline games or take them offline. See also the rules for games.
Liability
The site and the games come as they are. Games by other makers belong to those makers.
